Yet like all relationships, there are often challenges to having the closeness you crave. It may be something deep from your own family history, or something more on the surface, like having difficulty understanding and handling the changes your children experience during their tween and teen years. My parent and tween/teen coaching help families break through barriers, build trust and improve communication to create a solid, lasting bond.
As the mother of a son and daughter, I have experienced firsthand many of the challenges parenting presents. My path to becoming a certified life coach and relationship workshop facilitator started with a deep desire for a stronger bond with my growing children.
As my relationship with my children evolved, I have experienced ongoing positive results. In my coaching practice, I share with you my secrets to building unbreakable bonds with your children, including having an open ear and heart to your kids’ needs and step-by-step guidance to effectively adjust your parenting style.
